Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, we'll send you return confirmation emails for each order. You'll receive a QR code or label once your return has been created, which you'll need to present when dropping off your return, along with your tracking number so you can track your return. If all of the items don't fit into one parcel, you'll need to create a separate return and return your items in more than one parcel.
